Mark Butitta, owner of Mark’s Auto in Rockford, IL, grew up a self-described “gearhead”. His father owned a repair shop, and he always took a keen interest in the family business. Mark has always recognized the importance of being involved in professional organizations such as ASA, and constantly working on his business. Mark has used Turnaround Tour ShopPros’s resource libraries, as well as attended ShopPros Charter Group Experience events to improve his bottom line. He hopes to pass on a successful business to his son as his father did to him, and continue a great legacy of service.
